In 2020 I took the opportunity to re-design the current format of the community newsletter and create a COVID special edition. Refocusing on positive and supportive articles to the community. I worked closely with my colleagues as well as the larger communications team to collaborate and plan, content, layout and print production. There was lots of moving parts during the process and it was important to incorporate feedback from other departments in the organisation. Now 2022, the evolution from a community newsletter to a magazine has shifted the dynamics of how and what we communicate through this channel.
